This was a great experience the system they have to get paper work done is awsome. A simple to-do list is the way to go. These guys are as quick as buying a home can be! My one flaw is to make sure you voice who is on your title. Don't just fill out the to-do item and never bring it up again. Other than that amazing service!

For the future you guys need to be way faster when it comes to certain documents and letting people know about them so they're not scheduling things that get in the way ahead of time. Also I think you guys need a better telephone system that is a lot less annoying. This is the second time I've used Veterans United and this will be the last time I ever them for a loan the process literally made me want to pull my hair out.
