I highly recommend working with this company. As hard as this process is perceived to be this company made it a piece of cake. This experience happened relatively fast and I am still in shock at the fact that I am a Home Owner. I am grateful for this company and this opportunity!!

Crystaline loveless was an priceless attribute to this team with her this would not have happened. She was able to keep my eye on the ball when I was ready to take a much less rational approach to things. Probably the most true and personable people I have ever and probably will ever have the honor and pleasure to work with. Forever grateful

Nearly all veterans obtain their homeowners and auto insurance from USAA and we know that USAA means it when they say "We know what it means to serve". That is absolutely true and they have always been the best example of outstanding service that I have ever experienced. Now veterans have another company to finance their homes that I found to demonstrate equally outstanding service.

Thanks Steve and Veterans United

Veterans are getting a super team thru Veterans United. They work hard to make it easy for you. Thanks from me to you, and thanks for your service.

She is the best

Veterans United is a great company to get a VA loan. All staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Made buying our first home a good experience.

I would recommend Veterans United to all vets using their benefit for the first or multiple tines. They take all the guesswork out of what you need from offer to closing.
You couldn’t find a more well run business..

Super easy and super supportive through out the whole home buying process!!!

This is such a great company that is aware of how sensitive the home buying process. Very knowledgeable, professional and caring company! Great team to work with.

This was a really bad experience. The loan officer was not involved in any part of the process and was more that useless, and the loan coordinator (his assistant) was even worse! She WAS involved, but might have done less than him as far as helping to resolve issues and keep the process moving along.
She was very unprofessional and at time unwilling to help. This was a headache that I would not recommend to anyone.
Buying a home is already a stressful process, but dealing with these people made it a nightmare. Go somewhere else, and hopefully your first home buying experience will be better that ours. Make it as exciting and getting the keys to your first home!
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for this feedback Eloy. We understand how the home buying process can get stressful, especially for the first time. While we cannot change the experience you had, we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. It is our goal to provide expert and reliable communication through a dedicated Loan Specialist. We would like to learn more about your experience and find out what may have prevented the process from getting off track. We invite you providing more detail and help us look to improve. We are committed to accountability, exploring ways to improve, and seeking opportunities to continue serving you. Should you wish to share more information regarding this or any other matter, then please do not hesitate to connect with us.
Veterans United made our loan process easy and quick. Thanks

Veterans United gets it done and will keep you fully informed about each step in your home buying process! The market was tough this time of the year but VU hung in there with me every step of the way! Josh Bowles rocked it and was just a super cool, down-to-Earth guy!

Veterans United was laser focused on us, constantly updated us on the process, closed our loan incredibly quickly, and we simply couldn’t be happier.

Even though we are happy with our house, and our property we did not have a good experience with your company.
The referred to realtors are and were horrible and the Loan Specialist was crap. his is not the first time we've had this kind of experience we have had a Realtor show us properties when we were looking in Texas we would come up with a big list they show us about one house and then tell us that the other ones were too far away they didn't want to drive 10 or 15 minutes always came up with an excuse on why they couldn't help us and maybe they that we should be referred to somebody else. The only person worth talking about was Lacy Nieder Loan Coordinator, she was kind, helpful, and needs a raise, or promotion.
