Verterans United’s computer system is easy to use to send information and documents that are necessary for the loan and maintain communication.

Very smooth process from beginning to end. I felt like I had an entire team of professionals on my side, from the loan officer, to the home buying concierge, and the loan coordinator. All were extremely responsive and helpful, and I was able to close in 30 days with no problem, at an interest rate I was happy with. Veterans United Realty also connected me with an amazing real estate agent who made the home search process relatively painless in a crazy seller's market.

A very positive experience with a very supportive team that sticks with you through and questions or hiccups to ensure that your home buying experience is as painless as possible.

The own. Crew was outstanding can’t wait to buy another home!

VU was an amazing company to get a loan from. The VU portal is a great tool for the home buying process. The people are super friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions you’ll have through the duration. Highly recommend!

Veterans United went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible for me. They were very good with communication throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend veterans United to any friends and family looking to buy a home!!

Veterans United is the best tool that veterans have to buy a house. They're willing to work with you and help you through the entire process.

Extremely helpful from start to finish. I tried other home lenders that informed us that we couldn’t use our va home loan a second time without selling our house first. Veterans United figured out a way for us to have the stability of having a home and purchasing a new one. No bullshit... I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

They gave less than average service but continually said “We are the best”. We’ve had numerous home loans and have never had an experience as poor as this one. The last home we bought on VA the seller died as we were getting into the process and the representative handling my loan was far better than veterans United. She kept me informed and covered all snags in advance in lieu of “We need one more thing”.
As a professional I would think you would know all that was required from the beginning instead of “uh oh, something came up”.
My final grip was your company does not care about the people you are assisting with a loan, you only seem to care about how great they think they are.

Of course, Kelly wasn't a one-person show. Lori Richardson and Casie Cunningham were also terrific. Your concierge service (Lori) is really a good idea - we used Lori's information to transfer utilities and for general knowledge. Casey stepped right in when Kelly needed her to - seamlessly.

Veteran's United made my home buying journey a very secure trip. They made sure to kept me informed all the way. There was never any surprises, or any last minute task. I was always provided sufficient time to complete all that I needed to accomplice each task, most of all, which was very important, I always knew they was there. Thank you all MUCH!
