I always used Wells Fargo for home loans. Never used my VA home loan benefit, until my last home purchase. A friend told me about Veterans United. I have never worked with a Mortgage company that makes you feel like you mater. You're definitely not just another number with Veterans United. I never thought about refinancing when rates dropped. Didn't want the headache. Out of the blue, Veterans United called me to lower my rate. Informed me that they can use the information they have on file and it wouldn't be any trouble at all. No jumping through hoops and finding/faxing documents. They were correct. Lowered my rate and it was quick and easy. Wells Fargo would never have called to save me money. Thanks for everything.
