There are no hidden “11th hour”surprises and all agents are willing to assist with explanations throughout this potentially stressful process. They truly care that you purchase the right home for you & your family!

Umm... did i even have a financial journey? The loan officer's expertise made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, all I had to do was sign in and sign on to Veterans United. The "To-Do" list pointed me to where/what I needed to accomplish. The officer guided me when I had questions. Simply the easiest experience ever. I was coddled through the entire process. I believe the officer carried me on a cloud...to and through signing. GREAT JOB, VETERANS UNITED!!!

Was a simple process and clear communication throughout the process. Have purchased numerous homes throughout my life but for sure this loan (due to the loan officers & employees of Veterans United made the process clear, never feared the "unknown' & were personal. Would highly recommend United regardless if this is your first home purchase or in our case 50 years of purchasing homes.
Don't use Veterans United. It was my worst loan experience of 44 years.
