Even though we are not veterans, Veterans United helped us secure the best loan while keeping in constant communication with us making sure that we understood everything going on. This process was completely a breeze because of our loan specialist, Jen Rambow. Jen was a text or phone call away the entire process. She never made me feel like my questions were redundant or stupid. She made me feel welcomed into the Veterans United family, even though neither my husband or I are veterans.
