The turnaround time to close was like a blink of the eye from when I started to close. Whenever I had a question I could call and be treated with respect and always got answers quickly. I just had to produce items needed on a to do list that was updated from day to day. As long as I provided what they needed it gave them ammo to speed up the process. They were all simply amazing. A very smooth experience! As a first time home buyer I had heard rhe horror stories of all the paperwork and stress but my process seemed to be stress less. My loan team let me know anytime I needed to submit anything and outside of that handled majority of everything. They would update when new processes or steps arose and overall made the process very smooth.
Everyone was very patient and worked with me when I had three deaths in the family within a month.
