This was my third time with Veterans United and it was great yet again. They don't leave you in the dark on anything!
The only issue that we ran into was closing. We intended to close on 8 March, but the final disclosure was not ready which pushed us back to 9 March. Not really a big deal in the end, just rubbed me the wrong way considering we began the process in January. I don't know how long it takes to prep closing, but having the paperwork done on time when they said it would be would be an improvement. I'm not sure that this is completely on VU either. Everything else went smoothly though and the team was courteous and responsive.
Thank you VU! Proud to have served ! You made this experience a breeze! Special thanks to Ryan for answering every call and message! If you use a va loan make sure to at least have 3k in the bank and prior collections paid off before using just to keep from running into issues like we did.

This is the third home I purchased and Al with help from Veterans United. I couldn’t ask for a better loan Officer than Collin ! He is one of best, always very prompt on replying to any email concerns ! Very knowledgeable and always assisting as much as is needed. It is Loan officers like Colin that help make VA United successful. This loan went as south as can be and also very patient!
