I had a great experience working with Veterans United, and i am sure you will also; give them a try and watch Veterans United work a miracle out for you. They don't give up, whatever they ask you to do; do it. you may feel like throwing in the towel sometimes, but hang in there; it's not about your feeling, it's about being comfortable in a home of your desire.
Sincerely Chally R.
Highly recommend using this loan process.
I would choose Veterans United for my mortgage over snu lender!
I am truly impressed with the Veterans United Home Loan staff. They are a awesome group of people to have working for you toward your dream home. They can be trusted, thanks guys.
Veterans United truly has the veterans and their family in the best interest. They made the process as painless and enjoyable as it should be. If we ever look to purchase another home we will not hestiate to give Veterans United a call. One last note Joe, Mike, and the team was AWESOME.
We had purchased homes in the past using non-VA financing. When we first approached Veterans United we were somewhat hesitant because of the rumors that VA loans took forever to close, and the lengthy process would scare off sellers. Veterans United proved that rumor to be false. The brief period of time for the entire process, from initial loan application to the closing, astonished the title company, my insurance agent, and those of my friends who had ever purchased a home.
The entire team, from my loan officer, Stuart Waters, through the closing team, worked very hard and very quickly to make the purchase as seamless and transparent to us as was possible. And that says a lot, considering we had to negotiate through Uncle Sam's bureaucracy. Stuart, in particular, was extremely patient, answered every question I asked, sometimes more than once, and explained everything clearly, and in common-sense terms. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.
My experience with Veterans United was beyond great. Tom and Nicole were stellar! At the same time we were applying for a new house, our newborn baby decided to come early and they were so patient with us through it all! They made everything so great for us! Veterans United is a 100 out of 10!

Veterans United was the most stand up most professional most courteous company I have ever dealt with made such a challenging and difficult situation seem effortless what a positive experience.
Any questions I had were quickly answered and that was great!
VA is the way to go if you are a vet looking for a home loan. I was treated very well. Brent Shultz treated me like he had known me all my life. He's was there for me every step of the way. Every question I had he would have the answer for me. I would recommend every Vet use VA if they are looking for a home. Thank-you Veterans United you made mine and my family's dreams come true!!!?
The only thing would be is the school loans, but besides that it was a great experience.
Was a fun experience and a rewarding one to boot.
Very Professional... Well organized.... Got approved in no time at all... Went above and beyond to get me all the necessary Paper work and information I needed to close on my house as quick as possible.
Veterans United is a great company to work with for any Veteran. I started my loan process towards the end of the first week of November 2015 and we just closed escrow on April 1, 2016, in my estimation that really quick considering we had also pursued a home prior to the one we actually purchased so that first house actually ate up about 3 weeks of time before we terminated the offer, through no fault of Veterans United. Everything is so easy to do with Veterans United to acquire the loan and everything is online and e-mails, attaching documents, actually a very simple process. The loan officer I had was Winsor Cooper III and his assistant Bronson Marallo, they were total "Rock Stars" to me, they kept me informed every step of the way on a very timely manner. Also, the Underwriters were on the ball also, I really didn't have to resubmit or explain very much at all to them. I would encourage any and all Veterans seeking to purchase a home using their VA benefit to definitely look into Veterans United to help you, all it takes to get started is to make an inquiry on their website or a phone call. Good luck to all the Veterans out there.
