Veterans United made this process smooth from start to finish. I had been speaking with other lenders, but none of them were as willing and eager to help me and answer my questions. I will be recommending them to everyone!


Veteran's United is the best for those of us who do not have substantial cash on hand.

If you are considering a home purchase, you absolutely must use Veteran's United. Their team is unparalleled. Every single person we interacted with was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful and kind. Working with Veteran's United is the single best decision we have ever made related to a home purchase.

Brandon was great. When it came to closing though names were not correct on paperwork so we had to sit around the title company waiting for new paperwork. Then, our loan is sold within days to another company. If I wanted a loan through another company I would have went through them.

Hi Andy, thank you for sharing your feedback and letting us know about your experience. While we cannot make up for the experience you had, it is important that delivering excellent communication remains a top priority for our team.
We do state the servicing of this loan is to be transferred on your initial LE (on page 3 of your LE) and that document is generally received at the very beginning of your loan process. Then it is stated on your Deed of Trust that was signed at closing and notified 15 days prior to the transfer via the Servicing Transfer Statement which is mailed out.
We aren't yet set up to keep all loans for the long term, though we are working towards that goal, and in the meantime, we only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. A loan servicing transfer in no way is a reflection on your loan or how much we value you as a customer of Veterans United Home Loans.
We understand there can be questions surrounding a loan transfer to a new company, and we want to emphasize that Veterans United staff are still here to support you with assistance if needed. We couldn't have asked for a better home mortgage experience. Veterans united was competitive with the builder incentives, and offered an excellent rate. We will use them again if we have additional home mortgage needs, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a home.
