The only thing I would really suggest to make the loan and home buying process better would be to make absolutely sure that when a VA appraisal is ordered that they understand what is required of them such as taking pics of craw spaces, roof and access points. That would definitely help the process go smoother.
Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Veterans United made sure to make the process as stress free as possible. I had someone helping every step of the way with every step in the process. I’m a busy mom with a full time job, so having their help was extremely beneficial. Even though there were a few bumps, everyone did everything they could to get me into my home on time while moving states. It was a really good experience.
