When I contacted Veterans United I had been working with a local loan company for over 4 months only to be told they could not help us. Veterans United had our VA refinance done in a little over 30 days! They were easy to work with and answered any questions we had.. Amazing group of people.

The process was so easy. My team did everything to make the entire experience simple and were just all around wonderful.
Don't expect to hear from them very much. Calls weren't returned by closing agent. There were simple questions they couldn't answer days before closing. Was contacted several times after closing on the house to give them 10s on the survey. I'm glad I got the house but wouldn't recommend Veteran’s United to anyone go to your local bank.

I'm really glad you do e-signing of some documents on the day of the loan. Title tells me that you're one of the only lenders to do so with all other lenders still making people slog through a pile of paperwork by hand. I think it's a great business model and would love to see it advertised as a little something extra you do to improve customer experience.
