When there are delays in receiving your completed report, and repairs or further inspections are needed, it can certainly cause unexpected delays. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome these hurdles. While Veterans United does not have direct control over the actions of third party providers, it is important that we work together to promote resolution for you.
