This company legitimately cares about veterans and their families. The whole process is seamless and very easy. The loan officers are kind and professional. They always go above and beyond to make things happen. We have used Veterans United multiple times for our mortgage needs. I would highly recommend that you do the same!
I will never recommend anyone else other and Veterans United. This was the second time I have dealt with them and was very satisfied.
We are not sure if all the issues could have been avoided with another lender but we have purchased homes before and never encountered all the problems we did this time. Mainly we worked with one person that worked with us through the whole process which made it much easier and smoother.
