5 out of 5 stars for me and my family this was My 1st home buying experience experience and they made it extremely pleasant it's pleasant and as stress free as possible. The V the VU team and Katie rose especially Did a great job of keeping us informed and educated and all of our questions answered along the way they really do go out of their way to to make the best experience possible for their clients thank you VU and especially Katie rose!
This process was easy and simple not a whole lot of the run around that I have seen before they was all up front easy to get along with and eager to help when I needed it the whole experience was very calming and easy even when I was thinking here it comes they made it an easy transition and for that I am so grateful to this whole team that I had on my side.
I issues are solely with the loan specialist, loan coordinator, and closing specialist. I did raise concerns, which ultimately got me to a client advocate. The end of this process, my and my realtors credibility was tarnished by the closing and loan specialist due lies that we spewed. My final questions for my loan specialist were never answered nor did he ever respond.

I selected veterans united based on many reviews, and as soon as I got on board the entire process went smoothly and the knowledge and expertise my loan officer had quickly guided me to being a homeowner, if I ever need to use veterans united in the future,I would do so without hesitating I feel veterans united I definitely an A+ company
I can’t give a 10 here because this is my second loan with Veterans United. I would have thought the second loan would be discounted for loyalty, but instead they charge more. I would recommend people find a local loan company that doesn’t nickel and dime the customer because they make their money by selling the loan. The positives are the ease of getting the loan, professionalism of the loan officer, and ease of uploading documents to to portal.
