Paperwork a little cumbersome but very thorough and I’m glad I made the choice
This was a complicated mortgage and it required a lot of extra hard work to complete.I can say that Matthew Reehl and Cameron Baker was the team that never rested working 24/7 to help complete this mortgage!
I went to other Veteran so called based loan companies and was insulted by loan officers. I keep coming back to Veterans United because the really do care. The team who help me was great. Dan, Jessica, Levora, and Kate did an amazing job with handling my loan and getting me prepared for my new home. They got me a good deal and actually got me some money back during closing. They were quick to respond with very extensive information about where I was in the process and very professional each time I spoke with them. They all communicated with each other and were always on the same page. Veterans United main focus is to take good care of us (veterans). Unlike most banks and loan companies, Veterans United works on strictly VA loan for vets. So, as a customer I can attest to how much of a difference it’s makes when a company is focused on one task.
