A great team, nothing is more reassuring then a feeling that a team has your back in the buying process. The team I worked with had my back and took any worry or doubt I may have had about the loan process out of the equation. I cannot express in words the comfort that gave me knowing the loan was something I did not have to stress about as the team was working hard for me.
I may just be lucky! And as a disclaimer, I can only speak specifically about my outstanding loan lending team. BUT... if the rest of the organization is run this well, I would tell ANYONE looking to buy a home to start here with Veteran's United! They took the time to educate me! They allowed me to make my decisions and at no time did I feel pressured or obligated. I do not have a lot of homebuying experience, but this was the best experience I can remember. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!

The whole experience was very positive and I felt confident that everything would go through okay. The MyVeteransUnited website was very helpful. My spouse and I were updated on each of the things that we needed to sign or to do on the website. The loan officer was always there for us. If we needed help or had a question, we were able to find out the answer right away. We were guided through the whole process which made it a very positive experience.
