I would recommend everything about home buying including fees and potential out of pocket costs should be answered in the very beginning of the process, especially for first time home buyers that may not know anything about it.But overall it was a good experience.

They provided the contact information for all the necessary utilities, as well as internet, TV and phone providers in my area.
