This experience was so easy and quick. Everyone was helpful and always available for me.

Veterans United was rated online as one of the best places to obtain a veteran's loan. I selected them based on that feedback and was not disappointed. I highly recommend the team approach to making the home buying experience amazing.

Please ensure all the correct paperwork is filed with the title companies so that when clients sign closing documents they don't have to sign multiple times. I felt like I was signing the same paperwork both online and in person.


Over all I would hands down recommend VU to others.

I got through it at the age of 22. They make it that easy.

Stay away from VU. I will ask my friends and family to stay away from Veterans United.Few issues:i) VU loan officer gave me the wrong information regarding the VA Jumbo loan and county limits. 2 weeks before the closing, they gave me new information. Either incompetence or shady practice.ii) This loan team was horrible at communicating. We checked in a week before closing if everything was good. The loan team said they didn't receive title documents from the title company. It took one phone call and 5 minutes to send documents over. The loan team did not reach out to me/my real estate agent/title company for missing title papers before that. VU loan team said they might not be able to close the loan on time just because of that.
