Disclosure of all aspects into getting a VA loan should be disclosed upfront. If a had known about CAIVRS, I probably would have started the process earlier.

In general, I believe VU is a good company. However, I have been having the worst customer experiences with my specialist ( Austin Rap), who doesn't pick or return calls.

I have shopped around, and found sub-services elsewhere. I have been offered much less at time, and better deals but stuck with Veterans United for quality of service. It sometimes is worth an few extra bucks. They do well and work very hard to make it all as easy as possible.

Are used another veterans-based loan organization for a home in the past and to say the least bit it was outrageously stressful two days before closing they wanted me to pay off my pick up truck forcing me to spend $15,000 I’d rather had in the bank but we veterans United everything was upfront know last minute issues it was just great service awesome job
I would recommend Veterans United to anyone seriously thinking of buying a home. The friendly and polite qualities that their employees have makes the process less stressful and they make you feel that they are there just for you.
