It is imperative for anyone when buying a home whether first time home buyer or someone who has been through the process before to have a great team backing you up and guiding you through the process as laws and interest rates are constantly changing as these two men did. Both Jake and Chris went through a few homes with me both as lender in the process as well as Chris getting the ducks-in-a-row so to speak, as to what I needed to do next, when the process fell through by appraisals coming back lower than the asking price by the seller. They were there for me despite 3 fell through and were just as eager to help when I finally found the one to purchase with their knowledge, expertise, as though this was the first time around for me.If there were a progam wherein such talented people are commended like an Academy Award ceremony, these two men would surely be deserving of the award.
