However, our loan officer Dava was outstanding. She made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we know she had other clients she was working with. We highly recommend Veterans United!

The Veterans United IRRRL is outstanding with one exception... Transparency. They will not provide a draft closing disclosure until just before closing. This makes it very difficult to compare closing costs with other loaners and more importantly determine APR vs rate. I wanted to pay closing cost out of pocket and it was very frustrating to be not be able to pen down this number. Transparency is king and with this one change, I would rate them a 10 out of 10 stars. There were no hidden costs and all else was seamless.
