I suppose most guys in my demographic would be investing in a condo. No lawn to mow or sidewalks to clear. If I was afraid of a little work I never would have enlisted at all must less in the infantry. After all I was prior service Marines. Everyone was ok with email responses, they always got back to me when I had a question. But they NEVER gave me any info when I needed it. Like I wasn't supposed to bring any money to closing. Then I was. Then the amount to bring to closing wasn't correct. The only real help I had was my real estate agent. Working with your company was a real hassle. But totally worth it because we are in our home.
