Therefore, we will never use United Veterans for another home purchase, nor will we recommend anyone else use this service.

Easiest part of the home buying process!


The process was a lot simpler than I thought it would be. I felt very comfortable with Ali from the very first phone call. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Ali set me up with a great Real Estate Professional. Everyone seemed to work together well. My wife and I are very satisfied with the whole team from Veterans United and CoVA Realty. Would recommend to all veterans

Just because they have the word Veteran in their title does not mean they have figured out how to make the Streamline refinance actually be more streamlined. There was no document checklist and the duplication of requests for documents was annoying. If VU is really going to try to cater to Veterans, they need to seriously improve their processes, develop a master list of documents needed and give that list to the vet. This process felt amateurish.
