This was the easiest home loan I have ever done, and I was very skeptical at first doing it all online. The loan team really made everything easy and were always willing to help with anything we were confused about or having trouble with. Thanks so much!

Too easy. Just joined and used VU after I left TFOT, and they made the process extremely simple and easy.

Veterans United has VA lending down to an art form with their user friendly, streamlined process, they are truly experts in their field. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a VA loan.

Highly recommend any active duty member or veteran to buy their next home using Veterans United.

I have no more words.

We ended up closing faster than expected! We absolutely love our new home! Thank you Veterans United for making our home buying experience a good one.

Any Veteran looking to buy a home needs to go with Veteran’s United. Kody and his team were a huge resource to my wife and I who are first time homebuyers. They were very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and were very quick with updating us when things changed. I have no regrets by deciding to go with Veteran’s United and will certainly use them again in the future!

Kurt Lofton was outstanding as well! He was very informative and always got right back to me on any questions I had

Very smooth experience! Josie did an outstanding job handling our loan and communicating with us throughout the process. The online portal made it very clear as to what the next steps were and I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veterans looking to take advantage of their VA home loan.

Thank you Veterans United Home Loans!

I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone current or retired military

My entire team was dedicated to my successful purchase of my first home. I loved the modern and user friendly web portal which made document sharing safe and easy. Thanks Veterans United.

I considered Veterans United because I had other lenders just based off a previous issue that I believed was on my credit report state that I had to wait for an extended period before they believed I would be eligible to use my VA Home Loan. I continued to explore other lenders and found Veterans United. Initially it felt like they were more engaged with my situation and explored my concerns more than others had, and after pulling my credit report discovered the worries I had were not even on my credit profile. I felt that this must be a sign that this is the lender I need to go with. The beginning of the process went so smooth that my family and I were excited to start the next chapter in our lives. But unfortunately, that all changed once we went under contract. In the beginning it was the usual request for different documents to prove income etc.… But I slightly noticed that there was a communication issue once I started to submit the documentation and when I requested confirmation if the documents were correct, I would not get an answer. This happened on multiple occasions.Even then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued the process. There was even a time that I had to call the toll-free number and ask to speak with a manager because I could not get anyone assigned to me to respond. This went on during the whole time up to closing. We get to a week out from closing and I start to get calls from my realtor stating that the lender just requested all kinds of documents at the last minute one of which was a water test that was going to take more than a week to get back. I did find out the realtor did receive an email almost 30days before closing about needing a water test that my realtor missed, but even with that the communication was so bad there was no follow up with the realtor to see what the status was until 1 week before closing.Due to the horrible communication, we ended up getting delayed a week on our closing date which messed everything up. I had to call all the utility companies, reschedule the moving company which charged me a fee due to it being last minute. Even with the 1-week extension when we arrived to the closing the funds were not sent to the title office yet and what was supposed to be a 30-45min process ended up being 3hrs.In closing my family and I are glad it is finally over, and we do not have to deal with the stress caused by this anymore! The funny thing is even after dealing with all of this the associate lender asked me to leave all 10's for this survey. For a company that prides itself with being all about the veteran community and putting veterans first, that certainly was not my experience.
