The entire team that we worked with made us feel important and not like another customer. The personal touch of going above and beyond to make us feel this way shows that not only do they care but that they themselves treat you like family. They all worked extremely hard to make sure that we didn’t have any issues in our end. If anything came up unexpectedly they tackled it head on. When our home closing was postponed due to the house needing pressure sprayed, the VU team reached out to me just to chat about the next steps. As I stated this could have all been automated but they made every step personal and pleasant.
