Obviously, buying a house is a major investment that requires lots of "moving parts" and as many forms to fill out. Will, Lauren and the team made it very easy to do and "walked" with us every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Veterans United Home Loans to friends and family!

Customer service was near non existent. I was not updated on information. No one called to explain documents. This process was way too stressful and I have previously purchased 2 homes with USAA
