HORRIBLE customer service. Keeps you in the dark until the deal is closed. You will have no idea how much extra money you are spending and why. Zane will describe them as "Closing costs". He will be very unavailable through the process except for in the beginning and in the end. Zane is taking advantage of military men & women. He will not walk you through the process of purchasing a home loan. He will claim limited phone service or ability to talk on the phone while you are abroad, that is his excuse! Him and his team will only send text messages, very weird method of communication while purchasing an expensive loan. Do yourself a favor and reach out to other mortgage companies, check out their VA loans and interest rates, before you buy with this guy!
