From beginning to end the entire process was seamless. At times it did get very overwhelming but, the team also reassured me, things would get taken care of and within the same day everything was resolved. It definitely gives you a peace of mind to know your team is working day in and day out to get you in your home and to relieve some of that stress you encounter during the home buying stages. My loan team was professional, trustworthy, and went above and beyond.After being pre-approved for a loan, a checklist or a guide sheet on how to remain qualified for your loan would be helpful.The loan team was easy to contact and kept me informed every step of the way.I would definitely recommend United Veterans to anyone that is seeking a home.
I do think there ways to improve this step. First ask what services are they wanting and then email those numbers. I was thinking Erica was going to do all the leg work.
Second, when you have someone who is going to find you a good rate for home owners insurance. Make sure there is more then 1 options and are able to look at all available insurance companies that will provide insurance for my house. I had to go online to search for insurance and now I'm getting a lot of spam.I want to say thank you for helping me and for helping me be able to fund my travel costs.
