Veterans United made a challenging mission smooth and accomplished despite the fact the seller and myself didn't use realtors. I will use them again if needed.
We had an extraordinary experience in that we terminated the sale contract on the house we first choice. Tim was supportive of our decision. Luckily we found another home within only a couple of days and Tim and Ryan Deason went right to work to get that second home funded as soon as it was ready to settle. There was some last-minute stuff - there always is - but the process was pretty seamless. And by the way, we want to give a shout out to Natalie Kelly who worked with us on funding the first house. Good job all around!!
