From starting the preapproval process to finishing closing, VU has made homebuying an absolute delight. Craig and the team were always available and communicated quickly and professionally. The VU portal is easy to navigate and use. Every step of the homebuying process was thoroughly explained and while everything moved quickly, nothing felt rushed. The best part was the VU team understands veterans/service members and this made us feel comfortable with using VU. I've already recommended VU to my friend's and will continue to do so.
