My overall experience was excellent, my only complaint is that communication was delayed at times. I think that has to do with the client load that the loan officers and coordinators have.

I really enjoyed working with everyone from start to finish. Adriana answered a ton of my early questions. Cassie was great helping me with all of the little things and Shawna helped me finish everything up, even when I bugged her multiple times a day she always seemed ready to help me.
