I would say it is far easier on all persons involved in the home-buying process to work with a local agent if possible. Many miscommunications happened and it is easier to resolve if in person.

The whole experience was seamless—from the initial application to closing day. VU excels at working with active duty military and made a long distance closing easier for my family.
From the first call to to last, Anne and Jared were amazing. They both were always just a call, email or even a text away. This is our second time using Veterans United and they have always made the process as seem less as possible. I can’t rate them high enough honestly. To make it even more stress free, they provided us with our own relocation concierge, Kim! She was able to provide me with all the utility contacts for the area we were moving to, information I would have had to search for and more items on my already hectic post move in list. I’d recommend Veterans United and their team to anyone.
