I had no experience going into this process and coming out of it I still can’t believe it was even able to happen. Without this team I would not be a home owner and I think every veteran should be using this service when buying a home. It would be silly not to.

Wow, where do I begin? Veterans United and my team of Adam, Amanda, Rich, and Shannon are all Rock Stars! I began my journey to homeownership without a clue, luckily these guys and gals were there every steps of the way. From outstanding customer service to personable interactions and did I mention they have streamlined their process, so you have your own portal that allows you to track the process/progression of your loan? Well, they do, and it's great. Veterans United doesn't just get you pre-approved and tell you to do ABC, they have videos, and articles that further explain each step of the process, detailing what to expect, why this step is necessary what the next step is. Simply put, they bring their a game every time.

The Veterans United Home Loans team that worked with my wife and I were BEYOND OUTSTANDING! They deserve 20/10 STARS! I am very grateful for all of their time, patience, and help! My family and I will definitely be recommending this excellent team to all of our family and friends! We can't wait to work with them again in the future! THANK YOU!!!

Veterans United made the Loan process easy for us knowing this was our first time using our Benefits

Rob was great. My Realtor Deborah was awesome. But I felt betrayed by the underwriters. The home appraisal by the incompetent VA home was ridiculously low and should have been laughed at by your underwriters. I provided them a long list of specific examples of why it was so inaccurate, that were completely ignored. I highly doubt I would have been treated so poorly by the underwriters of Wells Fargo, USAA, or Navy Federal.Bottom line: a $450K home value on a house listed for $485K that received multiple offers above that in the first 48 hours DEFIES LOGIC! If that value was actually accurate it should be very EASY to find 3000Sqft houses in Tampa, FL for only $450K. Look for yourself. That is obviously not the case. The VA Loan system is totally broken. Active duty and Veterans are at a huge disadvantage compared to buyers with conventional loans. Sellers don’t want to deal with VA loans and the deal-killing complications caused by Home Appraisers that insist on unrealistically low home values. As the biggest lender of new purchase VA Home Loans, Veterans United is part of the problem. Veterans deserve better.Keep your shirts and other closing gifts. I’ll never wear them.
