Coming off a divorce and a total life change, I finally got to a point where I felt secure in entering the home buying market. The ads and info I’ve seen about VU made me feel like as a veteran I’d be respected and treated like someone they cared about, not just another number. I was correct. I am very pleased with the ease of the process and the constant updates in the process. The simplicity of viewing and signing documents takes a lot of stress out of the process. My kids and I thank you all very much and would not hesitate to recommend VU to my fellow vets.

The process was extremely easy and the websites and what I needed to do was outlined very well. Right towards the end there was some things asked of me that maybe were unique to my situation but I felt could have been asked sooner especially with my unusual duty schedule. But nonetheless it was a super smooth process and not stressful at all.

Buying a house is never an enjoyable process until the very end. I really appreciate how attentive everyone was. I don’t think I ever had a moment where I was unsure of what to do or where in the process we were at. This made it so much less stressful. Moving from Hawaii was a killer but it was so much easier with all the help VU provided. Thanks a million times.

Veteran's United had so many resources and had great rates regarding my home loan and using my Veteran's Benefits. The entire process went smoothly despite the outside factors of home inventory, and the crazy market prices. I worked with my Loan Officer and team, and really felt like they truly had my best interest when I asked for their guidance and opinions regarding certain situations, and I truly appreciated that along with their honesty. I definitely recommend and will surely be using Veterans United in any of my future home buying needs.


I would recommend VU to friends and family. They made sure every step was taken and helped push things forward faster when the closing was accelerated. I am 100% satisfied with their service and performance.


Jermaine was very hard to get a hold of. Anytime I had a question, he would take days to get back to me. Also, he was very misleading in overall costs.

By far, the worst experience with a bank in my life. Bank's people, policies and processes nearly cost me my dream home as closing took 9 weeks, despite my financial health allowing me to pay cash should I have chosen to do so. Definitely would not recommend.
