MO based company and house being bought was in KS. Team did not seem up to speed on KS requirements. I needed to do a lot of leg work to find these KS requirements making many calls to the county, state, EPA, and VA district office. This was my first time buying a house but the team assumed that I knew what I was doing and they assumed what I wanted during the underwriting process. I am paying the lender and I should not have to figure all this out on my own. This is a business of customer service and I didn't not feel respected at all times. Other than a few hiccups and pointing fingers on who to blame the process ending in closing on a house in approximately 30 days which was the goal.
If you had questions or concerns, she would be there! If I needed ANYTHING!!!! Questions about percentages, prices, rates, literally anything.
