Virtually everything took place online, and they found me a local realtor (who was amazing) to help find a home. I didn't do much shopping around because I felt the service was great, and I was getting competitive rates.

I could go online anytime of the day or night and check the status of my loan application and I could submit any documents they requested via my cell phone or desktop. How more convenient can it get!
