Overall I was very please in the whole process. No hidden information and everything was up front. The team of Tim Wuest and Heather Ottinger were AWESOME!!!! Heather is one of those individuals that like to get in there and get her hands dirty. She wants to make sure everything is done correctly before it goes to the underwriters, as it should be. She is non-stop. She will walk you through steps and stay on the phone with you while doing this regardless of how long it would take. I was so pleased in their courteous and caring attitude towards me, something that most companies don't do.... Highly recommend Veterans United Home loans to anyone.....

As a Veteran, I really appreciate Veterans United home loans, and in particular, Kelly Stephens and her team of professionals. They are experts at VA loans and how to make the process as easy as possible. For example - we had two properties in mind, one was a century old home that had a lot of potential, and the other was a 1960's split-level. After talking to my loan team we decided that the split-level would be the smarter choice because the other home might have been problematic the the VA inspection. Now the supervisor sam she was excellent she got right on when we was told we had to wait till Monday we was able to close the day after our closing date
