Such a smooth experience. Everything was explained well and clear as a first time homebuyer.
Horrible. Impossible to get ahold of. Having been a loan originator I made the process as effortless as anyone could have asked for. He never had updates because he never followed up with the correct parties. Why am I doing your job and not getting the commission? Only after growing tired of being asked questions he clearly didn't know the answers to (which someone should brief him on his job description because he should have) he forwarded me the contact information to a lead supervisor at the title company who I was told doesn't even handle the concerns I had. She wasn't even reachable at the number he provided because she doesn't even interact with customers. I had no other POC so I was forced to deal with Gus. FINALLY we got to closing and the documents were not even correct. Gus insisted I filled the loan application out myself wrong. (why would I put NOT married if I AM married, have been AND requesting to have wife on new deed? Perhaps because you didn't pay attention when I requested to remove ex wife. Example of how incompetent Gus was.) Can't even admit when he's wrong. With all the headaches I'm very quick to turn anyone away from this company now and wish I just canceled it all to prevent Gus from getting the commission I earned for him.

I think VA inspections too picky! Let people get into their house. Then worry about small repairs.
