We were overseas getting ready to come back stateside. After looking at the renting price it seemed more expensive than buying a house. So we started looking for loan options and both of us being veterans decided to look more into veterans United. After starting the process we still weren’t too sure until we talked tp our Realestate agent too. Overall looking for someone you trust is hard but for us it was a lot mor challenging with time difference being overseas, we had to trust them wholeheartedly. Our agent was surprised how low our interest was and told us to lock in right away. Throughout the process there’s alot of lingo ect we didn’t know but our specialist would answer any questions and the website as well as our specialist guided us step by step. We would get emails on what to expect any changes that would come up. The communication was opened on all sides which was mostly between the Realestate Agent and specialist so everything was being taken care of while we would wait. So as first time buyers we weren’t sure what to expect but we are glad at the end of the day who we picked. Now we’re homeowners!

The whole process was easy I can’t say anymore or any bad things they were always available answer the phone never had to wait online for some recording. The whole team was helpful anytime I had questions or needed other material definitely would use a Veterans United again rich it was a savior
