He answered all my questions and reassured me when I had concerns. He truly treated me as if I were family. I didn't have to worry about what to do next. I had a very bad experience trying to work with the financing team led by Brad Edwards. I am told by many that VU is an excellent company, and they would recommend them. I do hope that my experience was an anomaly.
