I am a retired federal employee who is not always computer informed let’s say. So I needed lots of help in sending the forms to them. They were always there for me or patient and answered my questions promptly.
the website was very easy to upload my documentation and the staff was very helpful. But I was disappointed that the app is only for realtors and not for clients
