The loan process is very thorough and there were some special circumstances involved in my loan because of my retirement at the beginning of the process. I thought there would be no way I would close on time because of these circumstances. I am very impressed with the service and the team. They worked really hard during this pandemic and made my dream come true. Underwriting gave final approval 2 business days before my closing date and it still closed on time even with an addendum made. We closed in 28 days and that included Veterans Day that we lost a day. So 27 days, that has to be a record for Ryan and his hardworking team during this pandemic and crazy market. Not once, did Ryan or his team use any excuses. Please make sure that the higher ups of Veterans United are aware of this remarkable work of accomplishment. They all deserve an award each. Kudos!
