My loan officers were very knowledgeable and helpful it was an eye opening experience since I've never owned a home, I really liked the fact that it didn't take a long time from start to finish and yes I would highly recommend veterans United to other veterans.

Being that everyone is working remotely the fact that no one can pick up the phone and talk to me was very disappointing. Everyone wants to sit behind the keyboard and that is probably why I will never get a loan from your bank again and will not recommend you to anyone I will be sharing my experience on social media with dissatisfaction. I should have taken advantage of my VA mortgage much sooner, Veterans United is the best home mortgage experience I have ever had, they found some credit issues I did not know about and helped me fix them. I was approved and funded in less that 45 days, unbelievable. The customer service team I had was so helpful and accommodating I can’t thank them enough.
