This was my first time buying a house with Veterans United, and I most say that I will do it again on my next purchase, no questions asked. The process was simple and the loan specialist was always available via email or via phonecall. For future homebuyers, as long as you provide the documents requested by your loan officer in a timely manner, they will take care of everything else for you. That is very important in order to close -out on time. I would like to thanks my loan officer DJ Leverton, and his assistant Kurt Lofton for helping me with the process and for the constant communication. I highly recommend DJ Leverton and Kurt Lofton as your loan officer.

I had a great experience. Mason Maddox was the primary loan officer for me and he was great to deal with. Cassie March is who i dealt with the most throughout the process and she was always quick to reply from early in the morning to late at night. She never made me feel like i was a bother or like i was at the back of a line of people. These folks treated me and my family right and now we are loving life in our new Log Cabin!

Will never use another loan company again. The most communication I’ve ever had throughout the purchase process. Everything was online and easy to complete, and I never had any concerns Cara and Jill would put us on the back burner; they went far and above my expectations of a mortgage company. If you’re a veteran, this is the only place to go!




I also feel that having the rep tell us that we need to give them a 10 on this survey contradicts the whole point of an anonymous survey.. sort of strong arming you to get a 10 is not right!
