I am glad i decided to go with Veterans United as my mortgage company for my home purchasing needs. I dont actually know if this was the responsibility of Doug or the underwriter. I made it clear the problems we could face from the beginning and on the day of closing the underwriting department wanted to not approve the loan. Thanks to Morgan it went through.
