No complaints with Veterans United, however, the closing company, Qualia was a complete disaster. They were not prepared for closing at the time of closing. The female involved was completely indifferent toward anyone and everyone, not appreciating how long it was taking to get issues resolved that should have been resolved before the closing day. Thankfully, Lance called and explained what was going on and that he was trying to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. I left the closing office a 2:30 pm for a 9 am closing time.
Veterans United and the team that they assigned to my profile were the best. I couldn’t have asked for an easier or more smooth transaction. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
