My only issue was with the request for my PCS orders please remember for the future that PCS orders does not contain the information the underwriter was looking for. Based on the guidelines that was shared with me its best to just get the commanders memo or a copy of the enlistment/ reenlistment contract.

Malika Jackson, our loan officer, made sure we had all our papers correct, sometimes that took tries on our part. We are 85 and 74 years old so we really appreciated her patience with us. Over all experiences was good.
