I never felt pressured. The system itself is geared to assist and guide the mortgagor. It's well-organized and easy to understand and navigate. I felt as though I was an integral part of my own loan process and learned quickly through active participation and assistance from my Loan Specialist and team. I never felt clueless, confused, or abandoned. By the end, I felt familiar with the loan documentation and all questions had been addressed along the way. Because of this, I felt comfortable and informed during the closing itself; that meant a lot to me. With Veterans United, the entire evolution from beginning to end was exemplary and couldn't have gone any better than it did. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone considering a V.A. mortgage.

Be prepared to wait 410 days after you close to have your loan paid off and any other transactions completed. This process is too lengthy.
