At 50 years old I decided it was time to try to buy a house. I knew as a veteran I could get a VA loan to purchase it. I filled out the initial information with Veterans United and it has been the best thing I have done. They were beyond helpful all along the way and provided help and guidance whenever I had any questions or issues. You can call and reach them whenever you need to which I really appreciated. I can't say enough about my team at Veterans United. Best of the best!!! I am so grateful for their help in buying my new home!
While our situation was different than most, we were hoping to have a wonderful first buying experience, and this was honestly a nightmare. We hope to use Veteran’s United in the future when we build our house if we start to have a better experience than this.

There was a disconnect between what we were told would go through underwriting and what not when it regarded lack of appliances. This could have caused a delay in the process, but fortunately the appraiser was able to adjust.
