They were communicative, quick to answer my questions and helped keep me at ease during a mildly stressful experience. The to-do list is an awesome feature! I was a little overwhelmed by how many people I was interacting with and unsure of who to contact for what at first. I maybe would have preferred a single contact, but more people also means more helping hands!

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
