Only concern is that some of the requested docs didn't have the ability to connect a document to. Also, it did take a little longer to review the docs than other experiences I've had. Otherwise great.
Choosing Veterans United was a good choice. They took care of me from the start. The biggest help was they worked for me and tailored the loan process to work for my needs. They were always available if I had any questions, which were not that many because they always made sure i was up to date. They paired me with a realtor that looked out for me as well. First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
