Zac truly cares and is not trying to sell you a product you don't need. I highly recommend him to any Veteran looking to purchase a home.
This is our second time working with Jose. I will not trade with any other person. He is great with what he is doing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I never had a mortgage company calling me to lower my interest rate which is benefit me. This is amazing!!!!!!

The process was easy and all done over the phone/email. The closer even came right to our house. I would recommend!
Smooth process, very homey environment, straight to the point, no haggle or hassle.
I thought because I was a Veteran, and this organization only served Veterans, the experience would be good. Far the contrary. A very frustrating experience. Loan specialist was inadequate, to say the least.
Excellent Service, very professional, explained what to expect during each step of the process in detail.
Zach and his team (Kyle Kroll and Derek) were very attentive to our process. They made the experience easy and I knew I had a team I could trust. Highly recommend.
The saying is "first impression is always a lasting impression". I couldn't be more happy and more surprised at how easy the process was! We will definitely be back!
After speaking with other home buyers, I discovered that they had a much smoother process obtaining a home loan. When I told them that when someone gave me a gift letter, Veterans United wanted their bank statements they thought that was excessive. Overall, it seemed like I was the "bad guy" when my loan went to final underwriting. In my personal experience, I felt that my loan officer, Cody Smith, was on my team. He did everything he could to help me. But when it came to the final underwriting, it seemed as if I was guilty until proven innocent when I gave information about funds to the underwriter. In closing, I would advise caution if someone asked me about VU home loans due to the many speed bumps along the way. Cody Smith was awesome though. I could not have asked for a better Loan Officer.
There were some challenges with getting to closing but all in all a good team of professional who are very focused on getting the best possible deal for the vets. They are very solution driven when faced with issues, never going into panic mode. Really a good bunch of folks working hard for the Vet.

After a somewhat rough start, I did gain traction in the process with the help of VU.
Veterans United gave me clear guidance on what was required to receive a loan and made my part very user friendly.
