If you're on the fence about Veteran's United, go ahead and jump. They've been with me since I first bought the house in 2016, and two refi's since. Just a great group of people to work with. The first purchase required a little more work on my behalf (they always will), but it was still easy enough. Once I was in the system, the refi's were so easy, with very little required on my part. Just upload a couple of documents, review some documents online along the way, and then wait for signing. Nothing but kudos for Mike and his team. Keep up the good work, and thanks for looking out for veterans.
