The overall process was not as terrifying as I had been expecting. It was educational because those that we worked with chose to keep us informed. We are still in shock about how quickly the closing process was. Mere days when again we had been expecting 30-45 days.

I honestly can’t say I would have ever had a better first purchase if I didn’t have Seth, Jim, and Noelle in my corner. Each one of them brought something different to the experience in how they communicated and answered my questions. Be it the weekly check-in’s with Seth about progress or any concerns I might be having, Noelle tracking down utility information for me, or Jim walking me through his part of the process and explaining the closing requirements and steps we would be taking. Every part of this purchase has been extremely smooth and they were on top of everything. I can’t recommend this team enough for all of the work they put into making a dream purchase happen for me. Buying a home can be a nightmare, but with Veterens the process was simple and easy. We had one bump last minute but our loan officer took the lead it getting it all figured out before we could even feel it.
