Josh, Sarah and everyone involved were very attentive, responsive and with this being my first purchase of a home ( and not having a clue what the process would look like) they guided me every step of the way. The portal was easy to navigate for any documents i needed to provide.
Veteran's United does a really good job with communication and being available in a timely manner. My loan team and I would be in contact throughout the day and they would have a response in a reasonable amount of time with all questions answered and if they didn't know, they had resources on hand to help with the information they could not provide. I was a little reluctant to reach out at first to a loan company I found with a web search, hearing about how many scam companies there are out there. but after reading a few reviews, I gave VU a shot. And I am so glad I did. They were extremely professional from start to finish, and they always kept me updated on where we were in the process. Their app and website were extremely useful for communication, sending documents, and for keeping up with everything that was pending. There was none of the hassle of dealing with a realtor who doesn't understand all the requirements of a VA loan. I will absolutely get my next refinance through them!
