Along with Anne, Forest Nenninger was a great person to work with through the contacting process. He was quick to provide assistance or clarify any changes throughout the process. He provided precision and concise advise in support of Anne. They made a great team to work with.
Veterans United made my homebuying experience as financially painless as possible, and the Lighthouse counseling helped me get into the best possible position to buy the house of my dreams.
I feel as though first time home buyers need a liaison, someone to direct them. We were on our own for a while till I found a family friend.
Any veterans out there looking to purchase the American Dream need Veterans united on there team. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, very pro active in getting information to and from those needing assistance and expertise.
As new home buyers and veterans, we were weary in the begining in choosing a lender that would be able to work with us obtaining a VA loan. We had done some research on Veterans United on line, but still had some questions and hesitation. We gave them a call and spoke for the first time with Jason Windsor, our loan specialist. He was professional and knowledgable in his field and was able to quickly put our minds at ease. He worked with us, every step of the way. Made us feel, as if we were his personal friend and treated us with the outmost respect. His outstanding customer service was top to compare. We were also, given great VIP care from the rest of the team. Everyone at Veterans United was excellent! We are now glad to have our keys to our first, new construction home, but a little sadden we will not be dealing with Jason Windsor or the rest of the team, for they became like family to us. We recommend Veterans United to any one, who wants outstanding and honest customer care!
The best. Can't go wrong with this company
I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans to any veteran trying to qualify and purchase a home.
Veterans United was great to work with. They made the entire process very easy and instead of feeing stressed with this life changing event they made a wonderful thing so much more enjoyable.
I would find another load company that can get your loan done in a real world amount of time. I would find a company that knows what they are doing and respects their customers with correct information and Numbers. I went from needing to bring $6500 to getting 2k to owing 1.9k to getting 600 to giving 195.00 all in the final last 3 days of trying to close. If I wasn't in this things for almost 4.5 months I would have started over.
Michelle Jones on the phone was fine but everytime she got information it was incorrect I do not know if it was from her or other people.
Trying to get the final payoff to close VU personnel asked my current (at the time) bank for a payoff. the bank tasked her what payoff she needed and even I knew she was getting the daily payoff not the one that was needed. We tried to tell her and she said no they knew what they were doing causing us not ot close due to wrong numbers again.
3 times we thought this refi was dead and did not hear anything for a few weeks then it was back hell we laughed how VU does business. the person hired to do the closing was fantastic but even she had no idea if we were closing or not because 1 hour before the closing (second Time) she had no paperwork and she canceled it by calling me because she could fget nothing from VU.
I am sorry to nuke you people like this but it is well deserved on your part.
Nick provided excellent customer service. He made the first time home buying experience very easy. He was always available to provide his expertise and knowledge.
